Head preference and torticollis concerns often show up together with feeding or tummy time. We evaluate how the nervous system and upper spine are adapting, then support balance with careful, infant-appropriate care.
You may arrive after your pediatrician or PT notes asymmetry. We coordinate with your care team when you would like us to.
We do not replace physical therapy or your pediatrician. We look at how the nervous system and upper spine are adapting when the head prefers one side. A flat spot often travels with that preference. Ask us to share INSiGHT scan reports with your Oakland or East Bay care team.

We listen to what you've been carrying, your goals, and what you'd like to change. Then a nervous system exam and INSiGHT scans, so we can see how your system is adapting to stress. When it is appropriate for this visit, a first gentle adjustment is included, paced to your age, your needs, and what we found.
Visit 2. Understand
We walk through your scans and what we're seeing, so the picture is yours. If care is a fit, we name a Program based on what we found and what you want to change.
Then a Program
If you continue, care is a named Program, not a package, and not a first-time book.

From Rockridge, take College Ave south, turn east on 51st St, and south on Piedmont Ave. From Grand Lake, take MacArthur Blvd to Piedmont Ave. Under 10 minutes door-to-door. Park in the lot behind the building or on the street.
