If you are coming from Orinda, you take Highway 24 through the Caldecott for PX Docs certified pediatric care at Fika on Piedmont Ave in Oakland. The clinic is in Oakland. There is no Orinda office. After the first Program, most visits are every 2 to 4 weeks.
If you are coming from Orinda Village or Theatre Square, the Caldecott is already the next step. Midday keeps both sides of the tunnel quieter.

Book the Discovery ExperienceOrinda sits at the east side of the Caldecott. Highway 24 west puts the Oakland clinic about 10 to 15 minutes from Orinda Village when the tunnel is moving. The clinic is in Oakland. There is no Orinda office.
Orinda Village · Theatre Square · Sleepy Hollow · Miner Road
From Orinda Village or Theatre Square, take Highway 24 west into the Caldecott Tunnel. Exit at Broadway and continue toward 41st St, then east to Piedmont Ave. The clinic is at 4187 Piedmont Ave, two blocks north of 41st. Sleepy Hollow and Miner Road use the same 24 west approach. Mid-morning is the quietest tunnel window.
