Phillips Fika Chiropractic Corporation DBA Fika Chiropractic (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services, including SMS marketing, non-marketing SMS updates (such as clinic updates and appointment reminders), email communications, and website tracking tools. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Important note about health information: Our public website is not designed for collecting Protected Health Information (PHI) or medical records. We do not intentionally collect PHI through website analytics or tracking. Please do not submit sensitive medical details through public website forms.

  • Quizzes and self-assessments: contact details if you choose to provide them. Quiz answers are used to show your result and may be included in a one-time clinic email. They are not stored in our website database and are not a medical record.
  • Scheduling and intake: if you book, you are sent to a third-party scheduling platform. That platform may collect appointment, address, payment, and health-related intake information. Clinical records live in our clinic system, not on this website. We do not control the privacy practices of those platforms.

Website usage and attribution

  • Interaction events: page views, clicks on buttons and links, form submits (form name and field counts only, not field values), booking confirmations, scroll depth, and outbound link clicks.
  • Device and technical context: IP address (stored as a hash when configured), page URL and path, referrer, landing page, browser user agent, coarse location (for example, country), and performance diagnostics.
  • Campaign identifiers: UTM parameters and advertising click IDs (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, and related Meta identifiers) so we can tell which campaign brought someone to the site.
  • Identifiers: an anonymous first-party visitor ID and session ID stored in cookies (details below).
  • Advertising and analytics tools: unless you opt out of sale/share-targeted advertising or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we load Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity from our website. We also load Dash website analytics to understand visits and calls-to-action. Clarity may include session replays, heatmaps, and related interaction signals. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement. Do not enter sensitive health or medical details in open website fields.

We use this data to understand which pages and resources are helpful, improve performance, and measure which calls‑to‑action are effective.

What We Do Not Collect on the Public Website

We do not intentionally collect PHI through our public website analytics or tracking. Our website is not intended for submitting medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or insurance information. Clinical records are kept in our clinic system, not in this website's database. If you need to share sensitive health information, please contact our clinic directly.

We use a cookie banner to give notice and store your preference. You can Accept, or dismiss with X. Dismissing records that you closed the notice. It does not stop operational first-party measurement or campaign attribution. Those measurements keep booking, page performance, and advertising reporting working.

If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, our first-party event endpoint does not store that visit. Dash also withholds its analytics posts for Do Not Track and for Global Privacy Control. Ad pixels still follow the sale/share and GPC rules above.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our website and communicate with you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Service providers: website hosting and performance measurement, email delivery, our clinic CRM, messaging platforms that send SMS, and website analytics vendors (including Dash and Microsoft when Microsoft Clarity is enabled). Those vendors may receive internet and usage activity as described in this policy.
  • Advertising platforms: Meta and Google may receive conversion events and campaign identifiers so we can measure ads, unless sale/share opt-out or GPC is on. We do not send quiz answers, messages, or health details in those events.
  • Scheduling and clinic systems: if you book, you may interact with a third-party scheduling or intake system. Clinical records are kept in our clinic system, not on this website. Their privacy practices apply to what you submit there.
  • Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and successors will be required to honor this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising pixels may be treated as a “share” under the CCPA/CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising.
