Campaign identifiers: UTM parameters and advertising click IDs (such as gclid, fbclid, and related Meta identifiers) so we can tell which campaign brought someone to the site.
Identifiers: an anonymous first-party visitor ID and session ID stored in cookies (details below).

Advertising platforms: Meta and Google may receive conversion events and campaign identifiers so we can measure ads, unless sale/share opt-out or GPC is on. We do not send quiz answers, messages, or health details in those events.
Scheduling and clinic systems: if you book, you may interact with a third-party scheduling or intake system. Clinical records are kept in our clinic system, not on this website. Their privacy practices apply to what you submit there.
Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and successors will be required to honor this policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising pixels may be treated as a “share” under the CCPA/CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising.
