You come to Fika on Piedmont Ave for PX Docs certified pediatric care. We look at the nervous system, then use low-force visits for your child.
Being embedded in the Piedmont Ave neighborhood means many of our families walk in: the clinic is a routine stop between Farmer Joe’s, the library, and the elementary school.

Every visit is at 4187 Piedmont Ave, Oakland. We do not have a second office. Complimentary parking is in the lot behind the building, with street parking on Piedmont Ave as a backup. The clinic is on the second floor and does not have wheelchair access.

Visit 1. Discover
We listen to what you've been carrying, your goals, and what you'd like to change. Then a nervous system exam and INSiGHT scans, so we can see how your system is adapting to stress. When it is appropriate for this visit, a first gentle adjustment is included, paced to your age, your needs, and what we found.
Visit 2. Understand
We walk through your scans and what we're seeing, so the picture is yours. If care is a fit, we name a Program based on what we found and what you want to change.
Then a Program
If you continue, care is a named Program, not a package, and not a first-time book.

Book the Discovery ExperienceOur clinic sits at 4187 Piedmont Ave, between 41st St and Glen Ave, on the retail stretch of Piedmont Ave. Neighbors and regulars walk to appointments, often combining a visit with coffee, groceries, or a school pickup at nearby Piedmont Ave Elementary and Oakland Tech.

If you are coming by foot or bike from anywhere along Piedmont Ave, the clinic is along the main retail strip north of the Mountain View Cemetery. For drivers, complimentary parking is in the lot behind the building, and Piedmont Ave and the side streets have street parking.
