Spit-up and reflux symptoms are common, and exhausting. We measure stress and tone patterns with INSiGHT scans, then support regulation so feeding and rest can feel less like a fight.
If you are coming from Rockridge, Temescal, or Grand Lake, you can often walk or bike. Many visits sit around school pickup at Piedmont Ave and Oakland Tech.
Medication and feeding changes stay between you and your medical team. Our role at Fika is nervous-system support. Visits are paced for feeds, and we only continue when it is appropriate for your baby.

Visit 1. Discover
We listen to what you've been carrying, your goals, and what you'd like to change. Then a nervous system exam and INSiGHT scans, so we can see how your system is adapting to stress. When it is appropriate for this visit, a first gentle adjustment is included, paced to your age, your needs, and what we found.
Visit 2. Understand
We walk through your scans and what we're seeing, so the picture is yours. If care is a fit, we name a Program based on what we found and what you want to change.
Then a Program
If you continue, care is a named Program, not a package, and not a first-time book.

Our clinic sits on the retail stretch of Piedmont Ave between 41st St and Glen Ave, a block north of the Piedmont Ave shops. From Rockridge, take College Ave south, turn east on 51st St, and south on Piedmont Ave. From Grand Lake, take MacArthur Blvd to Piedmont Ave. Under 10 minutes door-to-door. Park in the lot behind the building or on the street.
