About the role

Join a practice that's redefining what family chiropractic looks like in the Bay Area. At Fika Chiropractic, we're not chasing symptoms — we're regulating nervous systems. We don't do quick fixes, modalities, or rehab protocols. We specialize in neurologically-focused pediatric and prenatal care that helps Bay Area families heal from the inside out.

Our clinical model is rooted in the PX Docs methodology — tonal, vitalistic, and built around objective nervous system data. Using INSiGHT scans (HRV, thermal, sEMG) and lifestyle-based recommendations, we guide babies, kids, moms, and dads toward long-term regulation.

We're looking for a purpose-driven Associate Chiropractor (full-time) to join us at our Piedmont Avenue clinic — someone who genuinely cares about the nervous system, the pediatric population, and the kind of care that creates real change in families' lives.

Schedule: Full-time; typically 4–5 clinical days per week. Specific days coordinated with clinic leadership.

Location: Piedmont Avenue, Oakland, CA.

• Active California Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before your start date, is required.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Fika Chiropractic does not sponsor work visas for this role.

Employment relationship

Employment with Fika Chiropractic is at-will under California law. Either you or Fika Chiropractic may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, subject to applicable law. Compensation transparency (California)

Pay range: $72,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time associates are typically scheduled for 32–40 clinical hours per week (4–5 days).

Benefits summary: Eligible associates receive 2 weeks PTO, mentorship, and a continuing education stipend. Specific benefit eligibility depends on schedule, classification, and tenure.
